•On-Call Expectations: Approximately 1:5 Rotational Call

•Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric Population
•Average Daily Volume / Census: Balanced Inpatient and Outpatient Volumes (Details Provided During Interview)
•Admissions & Rounding: Included
•Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
•Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Cardiovascular Disease with Opportunity to Develop Subspecialty Interests

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
•Beds in Department/Unit: Multi-Hospital System with Comprehensive Cardiac Services
•EMR System: EPIC - Fully Integrated HIMSS Stage VII
•Specialty Backup: Comprehensive Multidisciplinary and Subspecialty Support Across a 4-Hospital System
•Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner Support in Both Inpatient and Outpatient Settings
•Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed Position within Established Cardiovascular Group; Reports to Medical Leadership
•Reason for Opening: Growth and Expansion of Cardiovascular Service Line

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
•Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
•DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and State Licensure Required
•Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90-120 Days

•State License Required: Eligible for Indiana Medical License
•Certifications: DEA Required
•Experience: Open to Experienced Physicians and New Graduates

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide Comprehensive Inpatient and Outpatient Cardiovascular Care
•Participate in Rotational Call Coverage
•Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Care Teams Across the Health System
•Utilize EPIC EMR for Accurate and Timely Documentation
•Contribute to Practice Growth and Quality Improvement Initiatives
