Grounds Crew and Grounds Crew Supervisor
We are looking for both crew members, as well as a crew supervisor. Pay will be determined by experience and position accepted.
Position: Grounds Crew Supervisor Location: Fort Wayne and surrounding area Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Grounds Crew Team Member to join our team in maintaining pristine outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily operations of grounds maintenance, including mowing, landscaping, trimming, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups.
Inspect equipment regularly, ensuring proper maintenance and timely repairs.
Enforce safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain compliance.
Monitor and report on the condition of grounds, recommending improvements and coordinating implementation.
Qualifications:
Proficiency operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
