Wealth Management Administrative Assistant

$37.28 - $39.28 per hour

Our client, a large financial services company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant, preferably with financial services experience, for a 6+ month contract role in East Lansing, MI. This role may be extended, and has potential to convert to a full-time employee. The role is in office 5 days / week, and office hours are 8-5. Parking is free at the office. The Senior Administrative Assistant provides support to meet the business needs of a small team of financial advisors as well as clients. Under moderate supervision, this job is meets the daily requirements and various other office needs, including operational tasks, organizational duties and office-wide coordination efforts. Key Responsibilities and Duties Serves as primary administrative contact and front desk point of contact for the 6-7 financial advisors in the office, and supports any client visits, needs or requests. Answers questions and resolves administration-related issues. Provides support for daily office operations including greeting clients as they have in office meetings, answering phones as needed, making meeting arrangements, supporting any travel and expenses. Coordinates overall office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution and paperwork processing. Acts as a liaison between the teamand internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion. Maintains Advisorcalendars, contact lists and provides ad-hoc support as needed. Key Requirements 2-3+ years ofAdministrative Experience, Financial Services experience strongly preferred. Other professional services may also be considered Excellent communication skills, professional, and collaborative / team focused Sharp technical skills- MS Office Suite, Outlook for calendar management, meeting scheduling. CRM experience strongly preferred, Salesforce ideal Highly organized, detail oriented Pay Rate-$37.28- $39.28 #J-18808-Ljbffr
