Senior Account Support Specialist

Milliman is hiring a part-time Senior Account Support Specialist for our San Diego Health IT Consulting Practice. This position primarily provides support and training to Milliman employees on custom proprietary Timesheet & Billing systems. What You Will Do In this role, you will have the following responsibilities: Support users with time entry, invoicing, and billing in a custom accounting system Train users on time entry, invoicing, and billing in a custom accounting system Provide support for the billing system interface with an Enterprise Legal Management system Provide excellent customer service Assist with Month-end close Provide treasury and banking support, as needed Research and record incoming electronic payments and exceptions, as needed What We Are Looking For Professional Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting position. Strong proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel and Word. Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future. The Team This position is with the San Diego office of Milliman. Location The expected application deadline for this job is September 30, 2026. Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in San Diego, California on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered. Compensation The overall range for this role is $29.43 - $45.59 per hour. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a non-exempt overtime eligible role.
