Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Production Lead Location: East Windsor, CT Join my client’s growing manufacturing team and take ownership of a critical production operation supporting advanced thermal spray coating processes. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll drive daily output, mentor employees, and make a direct impact on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
