This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our two office floors in Las Olas.**Key Responsibilities*** Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office areas, including desks, windows, meeting rooms, kitchens, and break/snack stations* Empty & dispose of trash and recycling from all office bins.* Vacuum, mop, and dust office spaces, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.* All supplies including vacuum and broom would be provided by the company.* Assist in cleaning after parties such as birthday, breakfast and lunch events (as needed)* Conduct light maintenance and report any facility issues to management.* Perform end-of-day vacuuming after 5:30pm.* Follow safety and cleaning protocols, maintaining equipment in good condition.**Qualifications*** Previous experience in office cleaning, facilities maintenance, or janitorial services preferred.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.* Reliable, punctual, and professional* Ability to lift and move moderate weights (example lifting Trash Bags, Vacuum Cleaner, Boxes of Supplies (up to 50lbs) and perform physical cleaning duties.**Benefits*** Medical, Dental and Vision benefits* 401k match of 4% of your semi-monthly pay (no vesting period required)* Annual Discretionary Bonus* Vacation & Federal Holiday paid time off* Cell phone reimbursement* Tuition Reimbursement Policy* Paid Maternity Leave Policy MTN is an equal opportunity employer.
