This role is crucial for preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of equipment and systems within our facility**Pay range $20.35/hr - $29.10/hr. Based on Previous Experience**Key Responsibilities: * Preventive Maintenance: Maintain and rebuild machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment. Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections.* Installation and Monitoring: Assist with new equipment installation. Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards.* Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.* Repair and Replacement: Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components.**Job Requirements:*** **Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of Industrial Maintenance experience.****Must provide a resume or manually enter work-related experience on application.*** Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday work required if needed. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel.* Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training. Good hand-eye coordination.* Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates.* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills.* Compliance: Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules.**Rehire Criteria:*** Must have 90 days since the last term date.* Not eligible for hire if terminated 3x or more.
