What You'll Do Deliver full-scope optometric care to an educated, engaged patient community See a comfortable, well-managed patient load of ~20 per day Collaborate directly with in-house MDs for seamless referrals within your own practice Work across multiple lanes supported by advanced diagnostics Contribute to our dry eye clinic, aesthetic services, and specialty care Learn, teach, and grow with a team of experienced colleagues What We're Looking For Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active or obtainable North Carolina license Passion for full-scope, patient-centered care Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Commitment to clinical quality and the kind of experience that earns 5-star reviews Interest in long-term growth—including future ASC ownership Bonus Points Experience with dry eye management or aesthetic services History of building lasting patient relationships The Support Behind You You won't do it alone.
