The Overture Group is conducting a search on behalf of a long-standing, family-owned manufacturing organization seeking a hands‑on HR Director to lead its Human Resources function and partner closely with leadership during an exciting phase of continued growth and operational evolution. This organization has built a strong reputation through quality products, operational excellence, long-tenured employees, and a highly collaborative culture. Leadership values practical, relationship-driven leaders who enjoy being close to the business and visible throughout the organization. The HR Director will oversee the full scope of Human Resources, including employee relations, payroll oversight, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations.
