Assist guests courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Perform front desk duties: check‑in/out, promote company programs, maintain guest records, handle cash, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues. Support breakfast and 5:30p.m. kickback service: food prep, set‑up, guest service (host or bartender), and clean‑up. Represent Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality. Provide exceptional guest service with a +1 Service attitude. Qualifications Friendly, organized communicator and multitasker. Warm, friendly manner in dealing with the public. Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks. Experience with handling money, making change, and using office machines. Proficient in written and verbal English.
