Our organization is currently in search of a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care Physician.

• We offer a resource-rich environment in collaboration with a prominent medical foundation.

• The Palliative Care and Support Services (PCSS) program is a pioneering and nationally acclaimed leader in providing integrated, multidisciplinary palliative care within the community. Our outpatient services extend to patients in various settings, including clinics, homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and through telemedicine.

• Work alongside a skilled team of primary care providers and medical specialists to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, and compassionate care to patients and families dealing with serious illnesses.

• Develop thorough care plans, educate patients, and conduct ongoing assessments in partnership with the interdisciplinary team in Sunnyvale.

• This full-time position involves 35 hours of patient contact weekly, with a schedule of five days each week.

• Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with regular hours, as there are no night shifts or weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.

• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.

• A valid medical license in California.
