Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Primary Care Physician , you will join CHI Health Clinic in Kearney, Nebraska , and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community. Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes. Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings Work closely with hospitalists and intensivists who provide inpatient care support Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care We are offering a two-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing primary care practice. Job Requirements Required American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Completion of an Internal Medicine training program Valid Nebraska medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Nebraska Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Where You'll Work CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 200-bed, Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving central and western Nebraska.
