Associate Valuer

to join our growing Valuations & Advisory team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced valuation professionals to deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers across a broad range of commercial property types. You'll develop expertise in commercial real estate valuation, financial analysis, market research, and investment decision-making while building a long-term career in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Support the preparation of commercial real estate valuation and advisory reports. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling. Research and verify property, lease, operating, and transaction data. Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and investment performance. Participate in property inspections and market surveys. Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Collaborate with senior valuers and contribute to client deliverables. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented. Preferred Commercial real estate valuation experience. Financial modeling and investment analysis experience. Argus Enterprise experience. GIS, CoStar, or other real estate data platform experience. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s experience, skills, education, location, production, and other job-related variables.
