What you’ll do Deliver inpatient palliative care at Clara Maass Medical Center— assessments, symptom management, goals‑of‑care conversations, and family meetings. Partner with the hospital’s care teams and the NJPCS interdisciplinary team. Complete timely documentation aligned with NJPCS clinical, billing, and quality standards. What you bring Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and national board certification. DEA + CDS registration, or ability to obtain by start date. 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred (palliative, hospice, geriatrics, oncology, critical care, or complex chronic care). Palliative care certification (e.g., ACHPN / CHPN) preferred. Strong communication, reliability, clinical judgment, and comfort working in interdisciplinary teams.
