Contracts Specialist

To support a dynamic portfolio of federal government contracts, the full-time Contracts Specialist will manage contract administration, provide guidance on compliance and risk management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program execution while working in a hybrid remote/in-office environment. Key responsibilities Administer and manage multiple active contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the full contract lifecycle Review, negotiate, and draft various agreements while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies Provide contractual guidance and support to Business Development and Operations teams on active and pipeline opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 3-6 years of experience in government contracts, subcontracts, proposals, or related roles Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting principles Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts and various agreement types Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
