New Restaurant Concept!! We're looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and help shape an exciting new dining experience. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded culinary skill set, a passion for excellence, and a creative approach to food. You'll work with high-quality, natural ingredients to develop unique and memorable dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and thoughtful execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team
- Create unique, thoughtfully crafted dishes using natural, quality ingredients
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and execution
- Develop and refine recipes and culinary techniques
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture
- Support menu development and contribute creative culinary ideas
- Lead by example with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Scratch Restaurants started when Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee decided they wanted to put their personal spin on what a restaurant concept could be. Although each of their concepts are independent and unique from one another, the constant thread that ties all of Scratch Restaurants together is the dedication to the artisanal "from scratch" approach to hospitality. Currently featuring and expanding our Sushi|Bar and Pasta|Bar tasting menu concepts.
