Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager Relocate to San Francisco, USA | Major Pharmaceutical Campus Development Salary: $130,000-150,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package We are partnering with a leading US Cost Consultancy delivering one of the most exciting life sciences and pharmaceutical developments currently underway in California. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to relocate to San Francisco and support the delivery of a major pharmaceutical campus project consisting of cutting-edge office buildings, laboratories, research facilities, and associated infrastructure. The Role You will play a key commercial leadership role across a complex multi-phase campus development, providing full cost management services from pre-construction through to project completion. Responsibilities include: Preparing and managing detailed cost plans and budgets Managing procurement, tendering, and contract administration Monitoring project costs, reporting, and forecasting Managing variations and change control processes Supporting stakeholder and client reporting across major workstreams Working closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, and Contractors Assisting with final account negotiations and commercial close-out Supporting the delivery of highly technical office and laboratory environments Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Strong pre and post-contract experience Experience delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or complex technical projects Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work within fast-paced, collaborative project environments Visa / Passport Requirements Due to US visa eligibility requirements, applicants must hold: British Passport Australian Passport US Passport (E2/E3 visa sponsorship available for eligible British and Australian nationals.)
