Assistant Office Manager for Medical Office

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a part-time assistant to the Office Manager at a Medical Office to join our team. The position is for approximately 20-30 hours per week. This can turn into a full-time position. If part-time no benefits. If full-time, medical and dental insurance, pto, 401(k) with matching. Executive Assistant for Medical Office: * Ensure implementation of office policies and procedures * Assist in overseeing all financial operations * Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative staff, if needed * Helps sets the staffing schedule, calendaring same * Hires and onboards new administrative staff * Ensures that customer service standards are met * Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and executives * Works with doctors and staff to set goals, objectives, and budgets * Assist in ensuring regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed Office Manager Assistant for Medical Office Qualifications and Skills: * Works well independently and has strong operational skills * Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills * Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Develops strong relationships with coworkers and has strong leadership skills * Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills Company Description Someone to help the office manager with her daily tasks which includes the doctor's personal tasks.
