Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/18/2026 Duration 13 weeks Hours 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift Shift Name Days Employment Type Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the client. Experience working in an acute care hospital setting is required by the client. Demonstrated proficiency with common hospital equipment and procedures, including gait training, transfers, therapeutic modalities, and charting in electronic medical records. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in inpatient or acute care environments is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow hospital protocols.
