Capital Markets Associate

An elite US firm is expanding its top-ranked Capital Markets practice in the Bay Area — a team that sits at the centre of the West Coast's most active issuer-side work, advising the tech and life sciences companies that define the market. The Role You'll run point on complex securities matters across IPOs, follow-ons, and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, alongside ongoing '34 Act reporting, corporate governance, and general securities counselling. Expect direct client contact from day one, a seat at the table on cross-border transactions, and the kind of repeat-issuer relationships that build a real practice over time.
