Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our specialized platform and your existing network
• Proactively engage potential candidates to introduce them to MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure thorough and updated documentation in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews held, and successful hires from your referrals
