·         Understand customer goals and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs

·         Provide timely and thorough feedback that addresses all customers’ questions and concerns

·         Ensure customer satisfaction through all levels of communication

·         Ensure all customer documentation is the most recent revision and matches the SpecCoat process documentation.

·         Manage customer quote requests and coordinate re-quotes per SpecCoat guidelines.

·         Maintain customer purchase orders and ensure shipments are made against the correct PO and quoted price.

·         Improve and drive production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Engineering, Production Procurement, and Quality, to ensure timely workflow and efficient resource allocation.

·         Identify potential production issues and propose solutions to minimize disruptions and delays.

·         Collaborate closely with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components to support production schedules.

·         Other responsibilities assigned by the Manager

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in sales and account management within a manufacturing environment.

·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams effectively.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·         Knowledge or experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
