About Us
Swadley’s BBQ has grown from one small restaurant to eight family-owned and operated locations across Oklahoma. From our beloved employees to our wonderful guests, we are grateful to each person who chooses to work with us or share a meal in our restaurants.
We proudly support and invest in our communities. At Swadley’s, our BOH staff work in a variety of kitchen roles—ranging from our Cutting-Board to our Smoker and beyond—creating an excellent opportunity for anyone passionate about cooking at Oklahoma’s Best BBQ Restaurant.
