Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelorâ€s degree
Minimum of four years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights or related field in a consumer products environment
Strong experience working with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), POS analytics and customer performance metrics
Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable customer strategies and narratives
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead development of customerâ€‘specific strategies and activation plans aligned to brand and category priorities
Synthesize insights from syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer data, POS performance, innovation tracking and category fundamentals to inform customer plans
Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Development teams by delivering clear sellâ€‘in stories, performance readouts and growth recommendations
Own and deliver customer insights, line review support, and strategic deep dives (e.g., distribution gaps, innovation pacing, promo effectiveness)
Partner crossâ€‘functionally with Brand, Finance, Demand/Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and forecasting support
