Why Choose Us: * Health (Medical, Dental, Vision) and 401K Benefits for full-time employees * Competitive Paid Time Off / Extended Illness Bank package for full-time employees * Employee Assistance Program - mental, physical, and financial wellness assistance * Tuition Reimbursement/Assistance for qualified applicants * And much more… Position Summary: The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Director and is responsible for caring for the patient and the development of nursing plan of care. * Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. * Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. * Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation). * Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). * Assesses learning needs; provides age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. * Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments. * Performs other duties as assigned.
