Operations Analyst

AI Operations AnalystThis role owns identification, design, rollout, and measurement of AI-enhanced operational workflows for FraudNet's fraud, AML, and risk operations teams. Engineering owns core platform implementation — you'll have dedicated engineering support to productionize your designs.Your primary focus is internal operations: mapping current workflows, identifying where AI can reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, designing human-plus-AI processes, and measuring outcomes. As the practice matures, scope will expand to client-facing operational workflows.This is a new function at FraudNet. You'll define the playbook, not inherit one.
