Job Description

What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including consultations and ongoing communication
Plan, manage and complete engagements and prepare them for partner review
Supervise, train and mentor junior accounting staff
Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory services to individual and business clients
Develop and service your own client base, with revenue sharing on new business you bring in

What We're Looking For

Active CPA license (required)
5+ years of experience at a public accounting firm (required)
Significant tax knowledge, covering both business and individual returns
Experience supervising staff and managing engagements from planning through completion
Strong client-service and communication skills
Interest in business development and growing a client base

Compensation and Growth

Base salary of $100,000–$150,000, based on experience, qualifications and existing client book
Annual bonus opportunity
Revenue sharing on new business you generate
Compensation for any existing clients who transition to the firm with you

We also serve businesses in real estate, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, retail, law firms and financial services. Our practice includes not-for-profit organizations and audits of employee benefit plans. That variety gives a new accountant exposure to accounting, tax and assurance work across many industries from day one.
