Part-Time & Full-Time - Brookfield, WI

Starting Pay: $20-23 / hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Phone Line Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources. Coordinate with medical staff to manage appointment calendars.
• Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns. Assist with patient registration and documentation.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a reception or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 23 USD per hour(Mind+ Neurology (Brookfield))
