Sales & Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth while managing customer projects from initial inquiry through final installation. This role combines relationship-building, estimating, project coordination, and customer service to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide signage solutions. Prepare estimates, proposals, and project schedules. Coordinate projects between customers, design, production, and installation teams. Manage project budgets, timelines, and customer communications. Conduct site visits and field measurements when required. Track project progress and resolve issues proactively. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. Maintain CRM and project management records. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of sales, project management, signage, construction, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience preparing estimates and managing project schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license. Personal Characteristics Self-motivated and results-driven. Strong organizational skills. Working Conditions Combination of office, customer site visits, and production facility environments. Occasional travel to customer locations. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
