Electronic Records Analyst

We are currently looking for a Full Time Electronic Records Analyst to join our Electronic Records team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .
Summary: Working with a team comprised of individuals from each department, the electronic records analyst will assist the organization with assessment and consultation to manage its electronic records in compliance with the policies, standards and minimum record retention periods. Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain working relationships with assigned groups and departments to help identify their records and content process and management needs.
* Responsible for assisting departments in identifying records and ensuring that business process, and procedures are developed, implemented and monitored on a standard platform across the organization.
* Responsible for the communication with the assigned department staff to answer records information management questions and provide guidance.
* Develop and maintain the creation, maintenance and management of on-going electronic records education and communications to ensure organizational awareness and compliance with policies and standards.
* Oversee the implementation of training programs to department staff based upon specific function needs.
* Participates in the evaluation, design and implementation of all record and content processes and management systems.
* Ensures confidentiality and protection of the Chickasaw Nation's electronic and physical records.
* Knowledge of tribal and departmental policies and procedures regarding records management
* Assist in identifying current and new records types that needs to be preserved and/or eligible for temporary retention and subsequently destruction.
* Researches record types using multiple resources to determine the appropriate sources and record retention period.
* Ensures historical, cultural and business vital records have perpetual retention periods supported by both policies and appropriate controls.
* Responsible for communication and training to impacted personnel when the organization's policies, standards, processes, procedures and retention schedules and updated.

* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management

* High School, GED or Equivalent
