Inpatient Surgical Unit Registered Nurse (RN) | Gainesville, FL | $60K–$90K

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Inpatient Surgical RN to join a fast-paced Surgical Unit in Gainesville, FL . This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience in post-operative care, acute care nursing, and surgical patient management .

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct care to post-surgical patients in an inpatient setting
• Monitor patient recovery, manage pain control, wound care, and post-op complications
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on post-operative recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida RN license (or compact)
• 1+ year of RN experience (Med-Surg, Surgical, or Acute Care preferred)
• Strong skills in post-operative care, patient assessment, and time management
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
