Turbotax Local Service Expert

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products. Your primary focus will be full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will be the connective tissue between your customers and a broader team of specialists covering business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This is not a hand-off model. You will sit in the same customer meetings, absorb the same context, and build a shared understanding of each customer's complete financial picture, then work in lock-step with the right experts to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Your ability to understand each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical. Taxes can be stressful, and your presence as a trusted, knowledgeable guide makes all the difference whether you're helping with a straightforward W-2 filing, navigating a major life event like marriage, a new child, or elder care, or tackling more complex scenarios involving business income, investments, or amendments.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to empower you in building a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.

This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.
