Responsibilities Provide counsel regarding various compensation practices and policies Conduct on-going analysis for assigned job families focusing on sales roles Counsels management on the company's compensation strategy Works closely with partners within sales organizations Conduct annual market evaluations and comparisons for assigned job families Requirements BA degree in related field minimum of 4 years’ related experience with HR consultative experience HR related designation preferred Foundational compensation knowledge and experience strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Workday/Workday reporting experience strongly preferred Power BI experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
