Warehouse Office Associate

Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our management, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and take ownership of their responsibilities. Experience in wine & spirits, beverage distribution, logistics, or a similar industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to management and the sales teamAnswer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with customers and vendorsEnter and maintain customer orders and sales information accuratelyAssist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with drivers and the warehousePrepare reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and other business documentsMaintain accurate customer and product recordsAssist with order changes, credits, returns, and other customer requestsCommunicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and account questionsHelp coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, delivery, and management teamsTrack and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure they are resolvedAssist with inventory and product-related administrative tasksMaintain organized electronic and paper filesHandle confidential information professionallyPerform other administrative duties as neededRequirementsQualificationsPrevious administrative, office, customer service, or coordinator experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelComfortable learning new software and computer systemsProfessional and friendly communication styleReliable, dependable, and willing to take initiativeAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerPreferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following is a plus:Wine & spiritsBeverage distributionWholesale distributionLogistics or delivery operationsCustomer serviceSales supportOrder entryInventory managementMisa Imports is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
