About Us: We originate in 48 states with no MLO state licensing required. Construction and Renovation loan programs. Portfolio loans with common-sense underwriting. Jumbo, reverse, manufactured, ITIN, Land and DPA programs available. Ability to broker: bank statement, DSCR, non-warrantable condos and more! Direct contact with processors and underwriters is encouraged. Direct access to supportive senior management. Encompass LOS. Aggressive commission structure. This position requires an individual that is currently productive in a residential loan origination role, with a minimum two years of origination experience. Encompass experience strongly preferred. Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS Registry) is required upon hire. Valid and current driver’s license required for travel to meet with prospects and customers.
