Wholesale Manager - Luxury Timepieces

Investment Watches is seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to join our growing team in Austin.

The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with watch dealers, suppliers, and other industry partners across the United States and internationally. This role requires someone already established in the luxury-watch industry who understands wholesale pricing, dealer relationships, inventory turnover, market liquidity, and how to buy and sell watches profitably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with watch dealers, suppliers, and wholesale clients
• Purchase and sell watches through the national and international dealer network
• Identify profitable wholesale opportunities based on pricing, demand, and market liquidity
• Evaluate incoming inventory and determine appropriate purchase and wholesale values
• Negotiate pricing and transaction terms while protecting company margins
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of watches available for acquisition
• Actively offer inventory to qualified dealers and wholesale partners
• Monitor market pricing, inventory levels, dealer demand, and emerging trends
• Help determine which watches should be retailed, wholesaled, or held in inventory
• Maintain accurate records of offers, purchases, sales, and dealer communications
• Coordinate closely with our sales, inventory, logistics, authentication, and accounting teams
• Represent Investment Watches professionally at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings
• Ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and urgency

Qualifications

• Established experience in the luxury-watch industry is required
• Strong understanding of watch wholesaling, dealer pricing, margins, and market liquidity
• Existing relationships within the watch dealer or supplier network are strongly preferred
• A natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and earn trust
• Strong knowledge of major luxury-watch brands, references, and current market values
• Proven negotiation and deal-making skills
• Able to make confident purchasing decisions in a fast-moving market
• Highly organized, responsive, and attentive to detail
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of inventory risk
• Professional, discreet, dependable, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working with high-value transactions
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Must be able to work from our Austin showroom
