The Benefits Specialist plays a key role in managing and communicating company-wide benefits programs. This position primarily involves individual consultations with employees to guide them through their benefit options and provide tailored support. The role requires strong training and communication skills, along with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively within the organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual consultations to assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment
• Manage and communicate company-wide benefits programs
• Provide training on benefits options and procedures to employees and management
• Develop and maintain clear communication materials regarding benefits offerings
• Transfer skills and knowledge to other team members or departments as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in employee benefits administration
