(Minimum of six years’ relevant experience are required). Education can substitute for experience if applicable. Typically, one year of formal education is equivalent to one and a half to two years of relevant experience.)Experience providing administrative and/or secretarial support.Experience in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including:computers, photocopiers, facsimiles, and applicable software.Experience with policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.Experience reading and interpreting various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.Experience with reconciling capital projectsLicenses and CertificationsApplicable driver’s license required.Additional RequirementsMobility to travel in and around office facilities.Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.This job description is meant as a guideline for employees of ONE Gas, Inc. Employees may be assigned duties either, in addition to or instead of, those set out in this document and the position is subject to further changes at management’s discretion.ResponsibilitiesKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrain, direct, and/or lead employees performing administrative activitiesDevelop and train team members to use multiple technology platforms including but not limited to: Maximo, JES, BI, Sharepoint, Markview, Skype and other applicable systems to complete daily tasks efficiently.Coordinate activities and provide information and/or assistance to employees, internal and external customers, and others related to construction work.Assist with software system changes, testing and development of process changes to generate business improvements.Research, analyze, compile and/or verify information including, but not limited to:Job orders and completion reportsDesigned versus constructed projectsLeakage and repair logsService cardsContractsForecasting and measurementCompliance records and pipeline dataMajor materialsInvoicesProperty Corrections, Debit Memos, Completed ProjectsUtilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Business Intelligence, Markview and Excel to enter data and prepare reports including, but not limited to:Load requirementsNew services/service kills/taps/rebuildsMaster records/inventoryDebit memos and property correctionsJob-to-job transfersJob order/completion statusAdvise and assist contractors, builders, customers, employees and others including, but not limited to, on the following:Job orders/completion statusMeter installationsCity/county work permitsLine locationsInvoice preparation and reconciliationFacilitate department improvement and collaboration initiatives.
