Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – Texas

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Webster, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and night shifts available; patient ratios 2:1 standard, 1:1 for patients on Pitocin, 3-4:1 for APU and Triage

Highlights:

• Modern Labor & Delivery unit with 15 labor beds, 3 OR suites, 4 triage beds, and 3 preop/PACU beds
• Advanced electronic fetal monitoring technology with Toco, ultrasound, pulse ox, and BP capabilities
• Work alongside an experienced team of 55 dedicated staff members including secretaries, nurse managers, relief charge nurses, and OR techs
• Diverse case mix including C-sections, cerclage placement and removal, IUPC, and FSE procedures
• Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care
• Professional environment with established unit policies and royal blue scrub dress code

Requirements:

• Active RN license eligible for Texas practice
• NRFP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• BLS, ACLS certifications required
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification required
• BSN preferred
• RNC-OB or C-EFM specialty certification preferred
• Strong clinical skills in Labor & Delivery nursing
