Position summary

SMART Customer Solutions, recognized as Employer of Choice , is looking for Inbound Phone Sales Representatives for a national wireless phone program. If you are professional, kind, caring and enjoy people, this is the job for you! Your job is to help callers understand their wireless service options and to enroll them in a great plan saving them significant money. The inbound calls will come from tv & radio ads that discuss the benefits of using our client's service! This person must enjoy helping people while being patient and tactful. Our wireless client is a national brand which provides substantial savings! NO hard selling required!

Basic job responsibilities include:

• Build rapport with inbound calls to reinforce the value of the brand and the products you will be offering.
• Manage time and other resources to ensure minimum sales goals are met consistently.
• Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to reduce wait times.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Must show up on time and be prepared to service customers.
• Build strong knowledge of products and services offered. Become an EXPERT!

You are a perfect fit for the job:

• People oriented: enjoys interacting with people and working in a group atmosphere.
• Achievement-oriented: enjoys the challenge and continues working even through failures.
• Solid computer experience using MS Word, Excel and Internet.
• Flexible schedule availability: ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• 1+ years of proven sales experience within an inbound service or sales environment.

Pay: Our averages Sales Representative is earning $61,200 annually. The Top Reps are earning greater than $70,000 annually!
