Senior Accountant

A rapidly growing project-based industrial services organization in Fort Worth is looking to add an Accountant to its expanding finance team following a major acquisition by a publicly traded company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation and growth, with strong exposure to operational accounting, financial reporting, and SOX compliance initiatives. Responsibilities Account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial analysis Month-end and year-end close support General ledger maintenance and reporting in accordance with GAAP Sales & Use Tax filings and audit support Budgeting and forecasting assistance Partnering cross-functionally with operations and internal departments Supporting internal controls, SOX compliance, and process improvement initiatives Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience Experience in project-based industries strongly preferred (manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial services, etc.) Public accounting or SOX experience is a major plus CPA and Acumatica experience are both nice-to-haves Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills Location Fort Worth, TX Hybrid Schedule Preference for 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (potential flexibility for longer commutes) Compensation

$85K–$100K
