Salary: $2,871.50 - $3,770.50 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP2025) requires each full-time employee to receive a 3% reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits monthly through June 2027. (Salaries do not reflect recent changes.) Responsibilities Under direction of the Community Resource Manager (CRM) D.O.C., provide religious services. Interview and counsel incarcerated people on ethical, moral, and spiritual matters. Prepare and conduct religious services and administer religious rites. Organize and instruct classes in religious ethics and sacred music. Supervise the arrangement of programs conducted in the institution by visiting religious and allied groups. Counsel regarding family problems. Serve as a member or consultant to classification committees. Work with IP groups and activities. Supervise assigned workers.
