Forklift Operator – 7:00 AM Shift – Vineland, NJ

$18.50 per hour

Horizon America Staffing Services is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a full-time opportunity in Vineland, NJ.

This is a fast-paced warehouse position supporting inbound, outbound, and case-picking operations in a cold storage environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime as business demands.

Responsibilities

Safely operate warehouse forklifts.
Load outbound trailers.
Receive inbound shipments.
Perform case picking as needed.
Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday

Shift: 7:00 AM until completion

Important: Due to current business volume, employees are working 12+ hours per day. Overtime is expected.

Work Environment

Cold storage / freezer warehouse.
Temperatures range from -5&degree;F to -20&degree;F.
Appropriate freezer PPE is provided by the client.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working in freezer temperatures.
Willing to work overtime.
Reliable transportation.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
