- Must be bilingua l (Spanish and English).
- Good customer service experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Must have one (1) year of immigration or law office experience.
- Must have a professional image.
- Answering calls & processing payments.
- Updating clients on the status of their cases.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- You must be punctual and dependable.
- Assist with simple immigration cases.
- No medical/dental benefits are offered at this time.
- Paid vacation and sick time.
- We are a small law firm with a relaxed atmosphere.
- Work hours can be flexible to meet the right candidate’s needs.
- This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekends.
- Salary: $19 to $23.00/hour, DOE. Do not apply if your salary expectations are higher than the range listed.
