The Project Manager of LEAN Process Improvement – Clinical Operations will report to senior hospital leadership and receive support from experienced executives, friendly nurses, physicians, analysts, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities will include leading LEAN healthcare initiatives, evaluating workflows, facilitating multidisciplinary process improvement projects, developing performance metrics, reducing operational waste, and advancing patient safety, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
