Mercyhealth System in Crystal Lake, Illinois is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our excellent team of collaborating providers in Northern Illinois.

Range: $420,000-$520,000

Opportunity:

· Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine position

· Outpatient-focused role

· Multispecialty clinic connected to hospital

· EPIC EMR (Breeze for diagnostics)

Departmental Scope:

· Outpatient pulmonary care

· Sleep Medicine with on-site sleep lab

· PFTs, methacholine testing, NIOX, 6-minute walk tests

· Sleep study interpretation

· CPAP support through DME

· Bronchoscopy opportunities based on interest

· Referral base from primary care and specialists

Qualifications:

· MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine

· Sleep Medicine experience or training preferred

· Pulmonary or Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship

· Internal Medicine residency

Range: $420,000-$520,000
