The Lead Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining safety standards. This position supports smooth shipping and receiving processes while supervising equipment operation to facilitate daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory to maintain stock accuracy
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
