Reports to: Corporate Training Manager Salary: $50,000 per year This position requires you to be in-office Position Summary The Training Specialist is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and supporting training programs that assist with employee onboarding, performance improvement, and operational consistency within the Operations Department. This role delivers group and individual training, supports employee learning, maintains training materials and records, administers assigned training through the company's learning management system, and assists the Corporate Training Manager with training content, digital learning resources, and program updates subject to manager review and approval. Key Responsibilities Identify training needs and collaborate with the Corporate Training Manager to support training plans, schedules, and learning priorities Coordinate and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and internal department transfers Assist the Corporate Training Manager with the design, development, and update of training program content, subject to manager review and approval Facilitate group and individual training sessions focused on operational processes, procedures, systems, workflows, and job-specific responsibilities Deliver training in accordance with the format, standards, expectations, and delivery methods established by the Corporate Training Manager Monitor employee progress during onboarding and training periods to identify coaching needs, knowledge gaps, and development opportunities Support the ongoing development of Operations employees by reinforcing skills, operational knowledge, best practices, and role expectations Assist the Corporate Training Manager with creating, maintaining, and updating training materials, job aids, presentations, guides, digital learning content, e-learning resources, instructional videos, and interactive learning resources Administer assigned training programs through the company's learning management system, Reach 360, including course assignments, learner tracking, completion monitoring, and training records Apply adult-learning principles and adapt training content, facilitation methods, and instructional approaches to support different learning styles Assist with the implementation and communication of new or revised policies, procedures, operational workflows, and training materials as approved by the Corporate Training Manager Provide coaching, guidance, and support to employees throughout the training and development process Maintain training records, documentation, schedules, learner completion information, and employee development materials Partner with Human Resources and Information Technology to support assigned training initiatives, system updates, employee learning needs, and training-related processes Identify opportunities to improve training materials, content delivery methods, employee engagement, and learning resources, and share recommendations with the Corporate Training Manager Maintain confidentiality of employee, training, performance, operational, and company information Maintain and project the company's professional reputation Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or higher in Business, Education, Human Resources, Training and Development, Communications, Operations, or related field preferred Equivalent professional training, instructional, or operational experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Experience delivering, coordinating, or facilitating training programs preferred Experience assisting with training materials, digital learning content, e-learning resources, instructional videos, presentations, guides, or interactive learning resources preferred Experience administering training assignments, learner tracking, completion monitoring, or training records through a #J-18808-Ljbffr
