Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Psych Med

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance Deliver high-quality clinical care treating various adult psychopathologies. Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs. Receive supervision from a psychiatrist dedicated to your training, including monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and ongoing meetings. Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions. Work alongside a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative duties. Utilize an integrated EHR system for all services. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid state license; all certifications must be current. Alternatively, a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program, with passing national certification, state licensure, and preferred specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry.
