PAY RATE: $61.74- $92.61 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE COMPETITIVE BENEFITS

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the activities and work efforts of employees in the pharmacy. Pharmacist in charge be expected to routinely function as staff. Is actively engaged and models the skills and behaviors leading to an outcome of organizational excellence. Supervises activities consistent with department goals. Typically reports to a Director or Manager. Is an active advocate of Blessing Health System in the community.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy/Pharm.D.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant pharmacy experience.

PREFERRED:

• Additional 2 years relevant pharmacy experience in a hospital setting or retail environment.

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State applicable to the states of practice.
